Stripping the aft deck

Time to dedicate me to the aft deck. So that they can get used to it, I bent the white strip and clamped them together. I needed a hot air gun to convince them into bending without breaking.

Closeup of the aft deck - to be able to start filling in strips, I inserted a few shorter strips at the stern, which will be the extension of the (still crossed) white strips.

These are the short strips, and one of the filler strips installed.

This is how it looks after the two strips (crossed above) are connected to the short strips at the stern.

View from the stern to the cockpit. I quickly filled in a number of straight strips (I know, there's one missing at the left!)

Side view of the same area.

Continues with the cockpit.
